GENERAL TERMS
Artikel 1 - In general

Each order is subject to these terms and conditions. The proper conditions of the client are subordinate. Unless otherwise specified in the order, the customer automatically agrees with these terms and conditions when ordering.
Artikel 2 - Prices
Although ATRAXION always tries to ensure that the most recent prices are available, it can appear due to circumstances that prices are incorrect. If you would encounter a price difference we would appreciate it that you would inform us as soon as possible. The prices at the time of your order will be valid until everything has been delivered, unless the interim rate changes.
Artikel 3 - Orders
Orders are handled in order of entry. Delivery normally takes place within the 48 hours in the Benelux. We reserve the right to refuse an order, to discuss the prices or to attach additional conditions to the delivery. Your order implies acceptance of the general sales conditions.
Artikel 4 - Payment method, -period
Invoices are payable in cash.
Any order over 400 euro is delivered free. For deliveries under 400 euro freight costs are charged, according to established rates per country.
Any order over this amount is paid in cash / by debit / before departure of the goods. Only certified checks are accepted.
ATRAXION has a title to the goods until full payment of the price. For late payment there is without prior notice a debt of an interest of 1% per month and an indemnity equal to 10% of the invoice with a minimum of € 100.
Artikel 5 - Recytyre
Recytyre contributions are charged extra in Belgium.
Artikel 6 - Address change
We appreciate it if you keep us informed of address changes. If you do not send us an address change, you are deemed to live at the last known address.
Artikel 7 - Disputes - Risk
The risk shall pass to the buyer when the goods leave the Warehouse of ATRAXION. In case of dispute only the courts of Antwerp and Kontich have jurisdiction.
Artikel 8 - Errors
Despite all our efforts, it is possible that you find errors in our offer. We can not under any circumstances be held liable.
Artikel 9 - Personal data
All personal data are intended for internal use of ATRAXION in a sound framework of customer management. Such as processing orders and sending our own promotions or those of carefully selected third parties. We provide no data to third parties that can affect your personal live.
Artikel 10 - Intellectual property
All parts of the webshop of ATRAXION both visual elements as technologies are protected by the law of intellectual property.
Artikel 11 - Waiver of sales
Goods are only returnable when administration costs up to 10% of the invoice are paid.
Artikel 12 - Newsletters
If you would not like to receive mailings, newsletters etc. from ATRAXION, please notify us explicitly.
